In this workshop we explore the use of therapeutic grade essential oils in assisting the healing process of our physical, emotional, mental, and energetic bodies. We cover basic safety information, proper storage and handling of oils and specific ways that essential oils can affect physiological healing processes. Through the combined application of knowledge-based information and intuitive guidance we begin to develop the art of essential oil use.
