Right Use of Power is at the very heart of ethics. The Right Use of Power approach to ethics is dynamic, engaging and inspiring, along with recognizing that the issues of power in helping relationships are complex. Experiential topics in this workshop include, but are not limited to grounding in the felt sense of the power differential, awareness of personal power styles, establishing and maintaining boundaries, exploring the dynamics of the therapeutic relationship, and a practical process for resolving relationship issues as they arise. Linking power with heart, this program focuses on sensitivity, skill and personal responsibility. Owning and re-engaging with one’s power as a resource for good can be personally and interpersonally transformational.
