Learn deep tissue techniques to relieve muscle problems in the arms, legs, hands and feet. This will include the muscles of the rotator cuff and pectorals, and focus on the joints of the knees and ankles. We will then include some work to the “core center” to balance out their relationship to each other and the rest of the body.

Karen A. Silk has been a Massage therapist for 25 years. She graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1983. She is a certified practitioner of Neuro-Muscular Therapy. Specializing in Deep tissue Massage, she feels that it is not about the deepness, but the journey to get there. She has taught at A SpiriTouch Institute and East-West School of Massage in Madison, WI. She has established a private practice in Skokie, IL.
