This course will provide useful information to anyone, from beginner/lay person to the experienced bodywork professional. Starting with the basics and self-help techniques, it progresses to techniques for use in a complete crystal session. Participants are encouraged to bring a clear quartz crystal and a few stones they are curious about.
The course will cover:
- Crystal Basics: what crystals are & how to care for them
- Crystal Identification & their different uses
- Crystal Energy Balancing Techniques to use on yourself & others (including animals!)
- Crystal Grids & how to incorporate them into your work
- Beyond Crystals or Other Stones
- Laying on of Stones and Chakra Guidelines
This class is open to all--there is no experience necessary.
